Foreplay is an impressive individual and a brilliant stakes-winning sprinter who was also trained by Mathew Ellerton. Group One placed in the VRC Newmarket Handicap behind champion three-year olds Alinghi and Fastnet Rock.  A $625,000 Easter yearling from outstanding producer Procrastinate who was also a six time winner herself, including the VATC Tristarc Stakes at Group 3 level.  Procrastinate is the dam of champion South African sprinter Laisserfaire, winner of 12 races including five Group Ones, and Australian stakeswinners Personify and Time Thief.   Foreplay's female lineage also traces back to second dam Reigntaine, a full sister to leading sire Centaine, and next two dams by Golden Slipper winners Vain and Todman.  His first crop are yearlings and have been well received at the sales. The colt's dam, Imco Resource (IRE), is by Bluebird, the sire of Dolphin Street, Flitter, Lake Coniston, and Lady Of The Pines.  Bluebird is a proven broodmare sire with is daughters producing horses such as Universal Prince, Yell, Thorn Park, Inspire, Universal Queen, Lacey Underall, and Metal Bender.  Imco Resource was herself a race winner and the dam of 3 foals to race, all winners, including the stakes placed Impinge.
